Private Lease is a long-term operational leasing of vehicles, without purchase option, for individuals, offered by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA, located at Ikaroslaan 99, 1930, Zaventem, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0436.781.102, www.arval.be, retail@arval.be, with the intervention of BNP Paribas Fortis SA, Montagne du Parc 3, 1000 Brussels, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0403.199.702.

The Salon Deal is a promotion of an operational leasing reserved for individual customers of BNP Paribas Fortis and/or Fintro (Fintro is a division of BNP Paribas Fortis), residing in Belgium, concerning the Kia EV3 vehicle model. This web page does not constitute an offer and has no binding or contractual character. A leasing contract will only be concluded after acceptance of your file by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA, and will always be subject to its Private Lease general conditions.

Promotion valid only in Belgium from 10/01/2025 to 28/02/2025 (inclusive), or within the limit of available stocks. The request for a price proposal must be submitted during the promotion period and the leasing contract must be signed within 5 days following the approval of your file by the Arval Deal Salon. If the displayed monthly rent indicates an advance payment amount, this means that the payment of this amount reduces the monthly rent amount for the entire duration of the leasing contract. The advance payment does not constitute a "guarantee" or a "deposit". In the event of early termination of the leasing contract, this advance payment will not be refunded, except in certain cases specified in the advance payment conditions.

The monthly rent price is provided for indicative purposes and is subject to changes in taxation, interest rates and the vehicle's catalogue price, as well as changes in options, configuration and equipment of the vehicle.

*The monthly rent is calculated according to the contractual duration (between 25 and 60 months) and the agreed annual mileage and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer tyres in case of normal use, registration tax, circulation tax, depreciation and interest, European assistance service, a replacement vehicle in case of immobilisation for more than 24 hours, the Perfecta service (handling by Arval Belgium SA of the risk of damage to the vehicle, total loss or theft) with the lessee's own risk and insurance**.

Not included in the monthly rent: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines. CO2 emission rates are also indicative and depend on the chosen options and/or data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the contract, a mileage count will be carried out at the last contractually agreed price. In the event of early termination of the Leasing Contract, a flat-rate amount calculated on the basis of the last daily price (as contractually agreed) will be charged.

** Liability insurance, legal protection insurance and driver insurance are included in the monthly rent price when subscribed by Arval Belgium SA, in the name and on behalf of the lessee. Arval Belgium SA is registered as an insurance intermediary on an ancillary basis with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA - www.FSMA.be) under number 047238. These insurances can also be subscribed with the insurer of your choice. Liability insurance is required by law.

The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on its availability with the manufacturer and/or importer and/or equipment and/or chosen configuration.
