Can I visit a post office without an appointment?
Easy Go Pack holders can visit any post office without an appointment for routine transactions. However, advisory meetings will require an appointment. Easy Guide Pack holders are also required to make an appointment, although they are recommended to contact their BNP Paribas Fortis agency for any requests. Appointments can be scheduled through the usual channels (Easy Banking App, Easy Banking Web, and Easy Banking Centre) or in person at the post office.
