Card Stop has blocked my card. How do I get a new one?

You will automatically receive a new card.
A new PIN code is sent by post and instructions on how to activate the new card by SMS.

Pay with your new card in a shop. Then you can pay contactless and online. You can change your PIN code at a cash machine.
