How can I dispute a payment made with a business debit card?

Do you recognise the payment? Contact the merchant.
If you don't recognise the payment, call the Easy Banking Centre.

To dispute a payment via PayPal, contact PayPal. 
To dispute a payment to De Lijn or STIB, contact them.

Call Card Stop on +32 78 170 170 if you suspect fraud. Also report the matter to the police and call the Easy Banking Centre.
