How can you manage your account statements preferences?

In order to modify the preferences and frequency of your account statements, you need to have signing rights for Accounts.

Please note, that if you already receive your statements online (free of charge), you cannot change to another option in Easy Banking Business. In this case, only the frequency of your account statements can be changed.

How to choose the option Online and how to change your account statement frequency?

  1. Connect to Easy Banking Business.
  2. In the drop down menu of the module Accounts, click on Accounts overview.
  3. In the menu of the Accounts overview you can click on Statements and then on Preferences.
  4. In a new screen you can choose which accounts you would like to change. You can search for a specific account, indicate all my accounts or check or uncheck the accounts one by one. You will see the current preference for each account. Once you have made your choice, click on Next.
  5. A new window will open to allow you to change your preference for the account statements to Online. Once the option Online is selected you can change the frequency and the closing day of your account statements in the same window.

Please note that the options for the closing day vary depending on the frequency chosen. The frequency Monthly and the closing date 31 are the most frequently chosen, as they allow you to download account statements containing the transactions of a whole month.

Important information:

Once you have confirmed this change, it is definite. It will not be possible to come back to another option than Online afterwards. Only the frequency can still be changed.

When you have made your choices you can click on Save.
