How do I change my credit card limit?

You can manage your credit card limits in Easy Banking.

In the Easy Banking App: 

  1. Log in to the Easy Banking App.
  2. Tap on My services then on Accounts and cards.
  3. Tap on the cards linked to your account and select your credit card, then tap on the gear icon.
  4. Under Limits, tap on Payments and cash withdrawals.
  5. Select Choose a temporary limit.
  6. Select a period. Your new limit will be valid until the end of the chosen period.
  7. Choose a limit and tap on Sign to confirm. Your new limit will be available immediately.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet: 

  1. Log in to Easy Banking Web.
  2. Click on Accounts and cards and then on My cards.
  3. Click on the horizontal lines to the right of your card and select Change.
  4. Choose My limits. On this page, you can change your temporary and permanent limits.
  5. Select the desired limit, click on Next and confirm with your debit card and card reader. 

If you’re changing your limit via Easy Banking: 
• The new temporary limit will be available immediately via the Easy Banking App. Do you want to change your temporary limit via Easy Banking Web? It will be active after 2 working days. The limit will be available until the end of the chosen period. 
A permanent increase in your credit card limit must be checked and approved, so it may take longer to obtain this limit if you request it online.
Credit cards have a separate limit for cash withdrawals. Regardless of the limit selected, you can withdraw a maximum of €620 per 4-day period. Cash withdrawals are also limited to 8 withdrawals per 4-day period and €1,000 in a consecutive 7-day period. The bank cannot change this.
• If an Optiline is linked to your credit card, the limit can only be adjusted through the Optiline customer service department. You can call them on 02 508 44 40.
