How do I confirm my credit application via Easy Banking?

If you have applied for a loan via a bank advisor, or if you have discussed financial insurance with your advisor, you may be asked to sign and confirm the application, contract and/or proposal via Easy Banking.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web
2. Click on Follow my applications
3. Select the product to sign by clicking on it.
4. Click on the horizontal bars on the right-hand side of the screen and choose Sign.
5. Tick the box "Read and approved" if requested.
6. Follow the instructions with your debit card and card reader and click on Confirm.

In Easy Banking Business:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Business
2. Click on Loans and choose My signatures
3. Select the loan to sign by clicking on it
4. Click on the horizontal bars on the right-hand side and choose Sign
5. Confirm your application.
