How do I enable or disable the option to pay online with a debit or credit card?

Online payments are automatically enabled. You can enable or disable this feature in Easy Banking.

In the Easy Banking App:

  1. Log in to the Easy Banking App.
  2. Tap on My services then on Accounts and cards
  3. Tap on the cards linked to the account and select the relevant card. If you choose a credit card, tap on the three dots or the gear icon at the top and select Card settings.
  4. Enable or disable the Online payments option. 

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

  1. Log in to Easy Banking Web.
  2. Click on Daily banking, then on My cards
  3.  Click on the horizontal lines next to your card and choose Change.  
  4. Select Card settings
  5. Enable or disable the Online payments option.
