How to cancel a pending direct debit?

You can refuse a direct debit in Easy Banking.

In Easy Banking App:

1. Log in to Easy Banking App.
2. Tap on My Services and then on Direct Debits.
3. Choose the relevant account.
3. Select Scheduled and tap on Cancel this payment.

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web.
2. Go to Payments and then My Direct Debits.
3. Choose a direct debit and tap on Refuse.
4. Confirm with itsme or your card reader.
