I had a problem at a CASH point. What should I do?

If your card has been swallowed, you can block it in Easy Banking App:

  1. Log in to the Easy Banking App.
  2. Tap on My services then Accounts and cards.
  3. Tap on the cards linked to your account and select your debit card.
  4. Tap on Block permanently or replace and select Lost card.
