I received a new debit card but not my 11-digit activation code. What should I do?

The 11-digit activation code will be sent to you by SMS a few days before you receive your new debit card. This code allows you to activate your new debit card.

Didn't receive the activation code? Call the Easy Banking Centre via Help and contact then Info and contact in Easy Banking App. Not using the app? Call us at +32 2 762 20 00 and identify yourself with your customer number and Easy Banking Phone code.
