I've forgotten my debit card PIN. What should I do?

Forgotten your PIN code? You can retrieve it in Easy Banking App:

1. Log in to Easy Banking App
2. Tap on My Services then on Accounts and Cards
3. Tap on the cards linked to the account and select the card for which you want to know the PIN code
4. Tap on Unlock or View PIN code
5. Tap on Display and secure access with your Easy Banking code, Face ID or fingerprint. You have 10 seconds to view your PIN code.
