I’ve lost my “green card” insurance certificate. What should I do?
You can print a new one in Easy Banking Web:
- Log in to Easy Banking Web
- Click on Insurance then My insurance policies.
- Click on the horizontal lines and select Documents.
- Select Insurance certificate to get your green card.
You can also request a new one via the Easy Banking Centre from the Help and contact menu then Info and contact in the Easy Banking App. Not using the app? Call us on +32 2 762 90 00.
