I’ve reached my transfer limit. What should I do?

Manage your transfer limits in Easy Banking App and Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

In Easy Banking App 
1. Log in to the Easy Banking App. 
2. Tap Settings.
3. Select Security then Transfer limits. 
4. Set your own temporary or permanent limit, between zero and €25,000, then confirm. 
5. Your new limit is immediately active.

Do you want to make a transfer of more than €25,000? Go to Easy Banking Web on your computer or tablet:

1. Log in to Easy Banking Web.
2. Click on the profile icon next to your name then Settings.
3. Select Transfer limits.
4. Click on the pencil next to Transfers to other accounts to change your limit. 
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Increasing your limit? The new limit is valid after 2 days. This delay is necessary to prevent fraud. 
Decreasing your limit? The new limit is valid immediately.

Transfer limits for minors cannot be changed. More information.
