If your credit card statements are being sent to the wrong address, please update your address details with us as soon as possible.

 

In Easy Banking Web on a computer or tablet:

1. View your card overview.
2. Click on the horizontal bars next to your credit card and select Edit.
3. Click on Edit expense statement delivery method
4. Update your address, click Next and confirm with your card reader. You can also choose to receive your statements via Zoomit.

Save your new address by clicking on the icon next to your name and follow the steps, then update your details via Personal Data in Easy Banking Web. You can also update your address via a CASH point or by calling the Easy Banking Centre.
