May I choose the billing method for my payment in Easy Banking Web?

No, the billing method is predefined and is an integral part of our transparency policy. Within the EEA (in accordance with the European PSD2 directive) + the United Kingdom and the Crown Dependencies of England, shared fees are always applicable. The amount indicated in the payment will always be transferred in full to the beneficiary's bank. However, following an agreement between the beneficiary and their bank, fees may be deducted.

Except for the countries mentioned above, the billing method applied will always be 'OUR' and therefore the fees will be borne by the ordering party. This means that other banks are not authorised to charge fees from the amount transferred to the beneficiary.

If you wish to make a payment using a different billing method, you can submit a request for a manual transfer to your agency or by contacting our customer service.
