My card PIN is blocked. What should I do?

Unlock your debit card's PIN code via Easy Banking App:
1. Log in to Easy Banking App
2. Tap on My Services then on Accounts and Cards.
3. Tap on the cards linked to your account and select your debit card. Tap on Unlock or View.
4. Tap on Unlock and confirm with your Easy Banking code.

Use your card for the first time at one of our bank's ATMs. Simply enter your PIN code. You can then reuse your card online and in stores.
