My fingerprint login isn't working in the Easy Banking App. What are the possible reasons?


Possible reasons:

• Your device does not support fingerprint recognition.
• You have not yet registered your fingerprint on your device.
• You are using the wrong finger.
• The fingerprint sensor is dirty or damaged.

If these reasons are not the cause, contact the Easy Banking Centre.
