My PIN is blocked. What should I do?

Unlock your debit card's PIN via the Easy Banking App: 
1. Log in to the Easy Banking App.
2. Tap on My services then on Accounts and cards.
3. Tap on the cards linked to your account and select your debit card. Tap on Unlock or view
4. Tap on Unlock and confirm with your Easy Banking code. 

Use your card for the first time at one of our bank's ATMs. Simply enter your PIN. You will then be able to use your card online and in stores.
