1. Connect the HDMI/Displayport-cable with your laptop
2. Wait till the screen to light up
   (You dont have to do anything on the screen)
3. Show your content *

   (*Best practice: Put your screen resolution as "Extended Desktop")

1. Connect the USB cable to your laptop
2. Open the camera at the top until you hear a 'click'
3. Wait for your laptop to recognize the webcam

Check the audio- & video-settings in TEAMS

Make sure you're connected to the network

1. Click on "settings"
2. At "Devices" select

1. Do not deactivate the screen or webcam
2. Apply the Clean Desk policy and store the material

The multimedia appliances are connected with security wires!
