* Operational Leasing is a long-term operational rental of vehicles, without a purchase option, for professionals, offered by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA, located at Ikaroslaan 99, 1930, Zaventem, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0436.781.102, www.arval.be, retail@arval.be, with the intervention of BNP Paribas Fortis SA, Montagne du Parc 3, B-1000 Brussels, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0403.199.702. Promotion valid only in Belgium from 10/01/2025 to 28/02/2025 (inclusive).

The request for a price quote must be submitted during the promotion period, and the rental contract must be signed within 5 days of approval of your file by Arval. Action not cumulative with other actions.

This Salon Deal is a promotion of an operational rental reserved for professional clients (self-employed, liberal professions, and SMEs) from BNP Paribas Fortis and/or Fintro (Fintro is a division of BNPPF), established in Belgium, concerning the KIA EV3 model. This web page does not constitute an offer and has no binding or contractual character. A Rental Contract will only be concluded after acceptance of your file by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA, and will always be subject to its general conditions for long-term operational vehicle rental.

If the monthly rent displayed indicates a down payment amount, this means that payment of this amount reduces the monthly rent amount for the entire duration of the rental contract. The down payment does not constitute a "guarantee" or "deposit". In the event of early termination of the rental contract, this down payment will not be refunded, except in certain cases specified in the conditions related to the down payment.

The monthly rent price is given for indicative purposes and is subject to changes in taxation, interest rates, and the catalogue price of the vehicle, as well as changes to options, configuration, and equipment of the vehicle.

The monthly rent is calculated according to the contractual duration (between 25 and 60 months) and the agreed annual mileage and includes: maintenance, repairs, unlimited summer tyres in case of normal use, registration tax (TMC), circulation tax, depreciation, and interest, European assistance service, a replacement vehicle in case of immobilisation for more than 24 hours, Perfecta service (coverage by Arval Belgium SA of the risk of damage to the vehicle, total loss, or theft) with a fixed amount (flat rate) at the expense of the lessee, and insurance**.

Not included in the monthly rent: energy and/or fuel costs and traffic fines. CO2 emission rates are also indicative and depend on the chosen options and/or data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the contract, a mileage count will be carried out at the last contractually agreed price. In the event of early termination of the Rental Contract, a flat rate amount calculated on the basis of the last daily price (as contractually agreed) will be charged.

** Liability insurance, legal protection insurance, and driver insurance are included in the monthly rent price when subscribed to by Arval Belgium SA, in the name and on behalf of the lessee. Arval Belgium SA is registered as an insurance intermediary on a secondary basis with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA - www.FSMA.be) under number 047238. These insurances can also be subscribed to with the insurer of your choice. Liability insurance is required by law.

The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on its availability with the manufacturer and/or importer and/or equipment and/or configuration chosen.
