Manage your credit or debit card limits, access your debit card data, enable and disable contactless and online payments.
Block and replace your debit card
Lost, stolen or damaged debit card? Order a new one and choose your PIN via the app! You can also access your new card’s information.

Adjust your transfer limits

You can customise the amount of euros you can transfer in Easy Banking App and Easy Banking Web. By default, the limit is €25,000 per day per user.

In Easy Banking App :

  • You can choose your own daily limit between €0 and €25,000 maximum (temporarily or permanently).
  • Any change to the limit (increase or decrease) is immediately active in the app. In case of a request to increase, you will need to sign electronically.

In Easy Banking Web :

  • You can choose your own daily limit between €0 and €300,000 maximum (temporarily or permanently).
  • Any decrease in the limit is active immediately.
  • Any increase in the limit will become active after 2 calendar days. This delay is necessary for us to verify that it is not a fraudulent request. A confirmation via itsme or an electronic signature will also be required.

High level of independence

Thanks to your digital channels, you can also:

  • manage your direct debits and standing orders,,
  • access your digital account statements for free 24/7,
  • manage your beneficiaries,
  • search for a transaction,
  • update your personal data and ID card,
  • authorise your child to use Easy Banking Web and/or Easy Banking App,
  • request a card reader.

Easy Banking App also allows you to:

  • receive a notification in case of an outgoing payment,
  • copy your account number,
  • switch to "discreet" mode to hide your balance in public,
  • modify your favourites on the home screen,
  • open a payment account.
