Easy Cashback is not working. What should I do?

There are several possible reasons: the offer's validity date may have expired, or the conditions to benefit from the advantage may not have been met. You can consult the conditions of the offers via the Easy Cashback Offer tab in the Easy Banking App.

It is also possible that it is a one-time promotion that you have already used. If not, it is a temporary malfunction and we invite you to try again later.
