How do I save and group transfers?

In Easy Banking Web, you can save transfers and optionally group them to send  later with a single signature.

  1. Log in to Easy Banking Web
  2. Click on Payments and then on New Transfer to initiate your payment.
  3. Fill in all the details of your transfer and then click on Save Transfer. Note: if you save a transfer to a new international beneficiary or to an account that is not currently known and which our bank does not trust, and you choose to save this number, you will still be asked to sign immediately. This is a security measure.
  4. You are redirected to an empty transfer form with a blue message indicating that your transfer has been saved successfully.
  5. Enter the next transaction or click on View my signatures in the message to go to the list of saved transactions. You can also click on Payments and then on My signatures.
  6. This will give you an overview of your saved transactions. Check all the transactions you want to send and click on Sign. You can also click on the horizontal bars to the right of a transaction and choose Sign to confirm individual transactions.
  7. Confirm with your debit card and card reader or with itsme.

If you do not have sufficient authority on an account to confirm transfers, the list of transactions will be empty. You can click on Follow-up to see the transfers, but only the account holder or someone with sufficient authority can send them.

Important:

  • Saving a transfer is not the same as giving it a memo date. Saving transfers means you are not sending them to the bank yet. You can give a date to your transaction and save it, but if you do not confirm it, it will not be executed, not even on the date you chose.
  • You have two months to confirm saved transfers. If you do not confirm them, they expire and are removed from the list. If you enter a memo date for a transfer and then save it, you have until the day before the memo date to confirm it.
