My debit card has been swallowed by a cash machine. What should I do?

You can block and replace your debit card directly in your Easy Banking App.
1. Log in to the Easy Banking App.
2. Tap on My services then Accounts and cards
3. Tap on the cards linked to the account and select the debit card you want to replace.
4. Tap on Block permanently or replace.
5. Indicate whether the card is lost or stolen. 
6. Confirm the block and then choose your new card’s PIN.
7. Confirm the replacement of the card.

Not using our Easy Banking App or do you want to block a credit card?
Call Card Stop on +32 78 170 170 (24/7) to block your card.
You’ll automatically receive a new card and a new PIN in the post.
Use your card to make a payment in a store. After that, you’ll also be able to pay by contactless and online. You can change your PIN at an ATM.
