Assistance relating to an insurance claim

Have you been the victim of an accident or theft? Are you dealing with a legal dispute? Our claims service provides immediate assistance and helps you resolve your problem as soon as possible:

It includes an extensive range of insurance cover and comprehensive travel assistance. Your medical expenses are covered, and in the event of a breakdown, you can get help from the car and bike assistance service via your PrivilegeConnect phone line.

Your direct line to the Private Bank

PrivilegeConnect is the direct line reserved for Private Banking and Wealth Management clients. If you have an urgent question, the service is available from 7am to 10pm on weekdays, and from 9am to 10pm at weekends and on public holidays. You can make an appointment for video call. Or call 02 433 43 10 for Private Banking or 02 433 43 30 for Wealth Management.
