Activate Garmin Pay

If you have a Garmin watch and you want to know how to add a card and find out the payment limits, read on.

How to add a card

  1. Download the Garmin Connect app.
  2. Log in to the app.
  3. Go to Garmin Devices and select your watch.
  4. Select "Garmin Pay" then "Wallet".
  5. Choose a four-digit code to secure your wallet.
  6. Select the type of card and follow the instructions.

What are the payment limits?

The Garmin Pay payment limits are the same as those of your cards. Each payment counts towards the weekly spending limit of your debit card or your credit card limit.

Pay with Garmin Pay in three steps

Activate Garmin Pay

Hold down the relevant button on your Garmin watch and select the "Wallet" icon.

Use your PIN code

Enter your code if you haven't already done so on that day, or if you've taken off your watch since you did.

Pay

Your card appears on the screen. Bring your wrist close to the payment terminal* and you’ve paid!
