How do you sign up to Isabel?

Create a temporary account.
Fill in the form on the Isabel website to create a temporary account and access the online registration system.

Create a contract and set up your users.
Complete your registration by defining your users and digital signatures. Cards will then be sent by post.

Link your bank accounts.
Contact your various banks, which will add your accounts and each user’s rights to your Isabel contract.
Change and manage an existing contract
Contact your relationship manager or call 02 433 43 34 if you have questions or need assistance with the following operations:
- Changing, cancelling or checking the status of a sent transaction
- An incomplete or missing electronic account statement (CODA)
- Managing an account or signing right
- Procedures specific to BNP Paribas Fortis
