Bridging loan or bridging credit
Are you planning to buy or build a new home? Do you want to use the proceeds from the sale of your current property in Belgium to fund the new transaction? While waiting for the sale, we will lend you the necessary amount. Once your property is sold, you only need to repay the loan. This is called a bridging loan or bridging credit.
Draw the amount according to your needs
Are you buying an existing home? You will only make one withdrawal. Are you building? You will benefit from your home loan by withdrawing the necessary amounts in stages.
How does the Bridging Loan work?
Our team determines the expected sale proceeds and the loan amount, with a minimum loan amount of €12,500. The amount is paid into a separate account. During the loan period, you pay a fixed interest rate. You repay the Bridging Loan on the sale date of your property. If the sale takes longer than expected, you have up to twelve months from the date of signing the loan agreement to repay the loan.
