Home renovation loan (Instalment loan)
Do all your renovation projects
With the home renovation loan, you can borrow up to 130% of the value of your projects for loans up to €50,000. And up to 110% for loans between €50,000 and €150,000.
What can you borrow for?
For a kitchen, bathroom, new floors, elevator installation, electrical and plumbing work, carpentry and joinery, painting and wallpapering, facade sanding... And almost all exterior work like a terrace, swimming pool, garden shed, etc.
What do you need?
Prepare the invoice, your ID, your bank card and card reader, as well as proof of income and expenses. Then choose the amount and duration, within the legal limits.
Borrow a higher amount
Up to €50,000, everything can be done online. Want to borrow more? That's possible. Make an appointment at your agency or via our Easy Banking Centre to submit your application.
