Effective protection
Your Visa Classic credit card includes two types of insurance that cover your purchases in-store and online.
Online, worldwide
With your Visa Classic credit card, you can pay for your online or in-store purchases around the world. You can also pay by contactless and via your mobile devices.
Included in the Easy Guide pack
The Visa Classic credit card* is included in the Easy Guide pack, and is available as an optional extra in the Easy Go pack. All optional extras in these packs are free of charge in 2024.

Discounted car rental
With your Visa Classic credit card, you can enjoy many exclusive benefits with the car rental company Avis.
Easily manage your card
Enable and disable international payments, whether they’re made online or via contactless, change your cash withdrawal and payment limits... You can do everything yourself in Easy Banking App or Web.

What are the main risks covered?
Purchase protection
Purchase protection in the event of theft or accidental damage to the item purchased with your credit card, within 120 days from the date of purchase or delivery.Online purchase protection
Online purchase protection in the event that goods purchased online are not delivered, not as described or defective, within 90 days after purchase.
What are the main exclusions?
Purchase protection
Simple loss or disappearance of the insured item.Online purchase protection
Non-delivery of the insured item in the event of a strike affecting postal or delivery services.

Cardholders automatically benefit from this Belgian-law Classic Card insurance policy from AG Insurance, free of charge. It ends in the event that the insured credit card is not renewed or cancelled, or if the collective insurance policy is terminated, for any reason. Once membership ends, cover also ends, including for goods that you have already paid for using the card.
