You only need to set up a direct debit once, and the rest happens automatically. As soon as a bill is issued, it's sent to us by the payee. We ensure it's paid before the due date, without you having to worry.
You can stop your direct debit or block a payment at any time. Additionally, you can request a refund of a debit up to eight weeks after the payment was made.
You can also request direct debit for bills involving payees in the SEPA zone, i.e. in European Union countries, as well as Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, the United Kingdom, San Marino, Switzerland and the Vatican. You can use direct debit to pay bills related to your secondary home in France, for example.
With European bank transfers, you can make euro transfers within the SEPA zone as easily, securely and quickly as you do within Belgium.
Do you regularly make transfers in identical amounts (rent, subscriptions, etc.)? If so, you can automate them with a standing order. Your regular payments no longer require any involvement from you, you never pay late and you can easily adjust the amount, date and frequency.
