Third-Party Liability Moto Insurance from AG
Top Moto Insurance is an insurance product from AG distributed by BNP Paribas Fortis.
Ecobonus -10%
To encourage the choice of low-CO2 emission mobility, you will receive a 10% discount throughout the duration of your contract if your motorcycle is electric.
This offer is valid for all new contracts and contract changes due to a change of motorcycle.
Immediate assistance
Had an accident? You can count on immediate and effective assistance, 24/7. The insurance covers, among other things, the towing of your damaged motorcycle, up to 30 km beyond the Belgian border.
Replacement vehicle
In the event of an accident in Belgium or up to 30 km beyond the border, you will receive a replacement vehicle for 24 hours or until the Monday if the accident occurs on a Friday or during the weekend.
75% discount as main driver
Benefit from a 75% discount on your premium if:
- You are the main driver
- You have a vehicle insured with AG
- Your bonus-malus is a maximum of 4 (private use)
- You are at least 30 years old
- You pay your premium annually
75% discount for a company vehicle
You can also benefit from a 75% discount if:
- You have a company vehicle and are the main driver
- You have taken out family insurance and home insurance
Scope of your coverage
The main risks covered
Compensation for damages caused to a third party by an authorised driver
Immediate assistance in the event of immobilisation following an accident or a flat tyre, up to 30 km beyond Belgium’s borders
Compensation for vulnerable road users, including your motorcycle passenger or a pedestrian
The main risks not covered
In the first two cases, the insurance company compensates for the damage caused to third parties but seeks recourse against the person responsible for the accident.
Accidents caused intentionally
Accidents related to driving under the influence of alcohol, under the effect of drugs, or without a valid driving licence
Accidents caused by a motorcycle whose characteristics do not match the insured vehicle (power, for example)
