What happens after I make a claim?

Your professional insurance

  • You will find a complete overview of your ongoing claims and their status online. You will also find the claims that have been processed. Log in to Easy Banking App (via your smartphone) or Easy Banking Web (via your computer). 
  • To check the status of your claim, you can also contact our professional claims advisers via INSURANCE_CLAIMS_PROFESSIONALS@bnpparibasfortis.com.

Your private insurance

  • For AG insurance policies (Top Habitation, Top Familiale, RC Auto, Top Accidents, Providis Global Legal Protection)

    • You will find a complete online overview of your current claims and their status. You will also find processed claims there. Log in to Easy Banking App (via your smartphone) or Easy Banking Web (via your computer). 
    • To check the status of your claim, you can contact AG's TeleClaims directly at 0800 96 050 (from Belgium) or +32 2 664 99 00 (from abroad) regarding Top Habitation, Top Accidents, Top Familiale, and RC Auto insurance policies. For Providis Global Legal Protection, call 02 664 42 30.
  • For Touring insurance policies
    Contact Touring directly on 078 178 178 (from Belgium) or +32 2 233 23 45 (from abroad), mentioning Touring Go, Touring Move On or Touring Travel Insurance.

  • For Europ Assistance insurance policies

However, the speed of processing also depends on external factors, such as the complexity of the file, the other parties involved, legislation, etc. Please check your email regularly as communication is often done through this channel.
