Private Lease is a long-term operational leasing solution for vehicles, without a purchase option, for individual customers. It is offered by the lessor, Arval Belgium SA, located at Ikaroslaan 99, 1930, Zaventem, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0436.781.102, www.arval.be, retail@arval.be, with the involvement of BNP Paribas Fortis SA, Montagne du Parc 3, 1000 Brussels, RPM Brussels VAT BE 0403.199.702.

If the monthly fee indicated shows a prepayment amount, this means that payment of that amount reduces the monthly fee for the entire term of the lease. The prepayment is neither a “guarantee” nor a “deposit”. If the lease contract is terminated early, the prepayment will not be refunded, except in certain cases specified in the prepayment conditions.

* The monthly fee is given for information purposes and is subject to changes in taxation, interest rates and vehicle list prices, as well as changes in the vehicle’s options, configuration and equipment.

The monthly fee is calculated according to the contractual term (between 25 and 60 months) and the agreed annual mileage. It includes servicing, repairs, unlimited summer tyres (normal wear and tear), registration tax, vehicle tax, depreciation and interest, a European assistance service, a replacement vehicle if the vehicle is out of action for more than 24 hours, the Perfecta service – under which Arval Belgium SA covers the risk of damage to the vehicle, total loss or theft, although the lessee still bears some risk – and insurance**.

Not included in the monthly fee: Not included in the monthly fee: fuel and/or charging costs and traffic fines. CO₂ rates are also indicative and depend on the options selected and/or data provided by the manufacturer. At the end of the contract, a mileage count will be made at the last contractually agreed price. If the lease is terminated early, a lump sum calculated on the basis of the last daily price (as contractually agreed) will be charged.

** Third-party insurance, legal protection insurance and driver insurance are included in the monthly fee when taken out by Arval Belgium SA in the name and on behalf of the lessee. Arval Belgium SA is registered as an ancillary insurance intermediary with the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA - www.fsma.be) under number 047238. These insurance policies can also be taken out with the insurer of your choice. Third-party insurance is compulsory by law.

The estimated delivery time of the vehicle depends on its availability with the manufacturer or importer, and on the equipment and configuration chosen.

Young person’s discount

Young people who request a quote for a new vehicle lease with Arval Belgium get from a €15 (VAT included) discount on the monthly fee (VAT included) for the entire duration of the lease.

The following conditions must be met to benefit from the monthly discount:

• the person must be under 28 years old at the time of application
• the person must be a customer of BNP Paribas Fortis and/or Fintro (Fintro is a division of BNP Paribas Fortis) and reside in Belgium
• the person’s application must be accepted by Arval.
• the lease must be signed by the young person within five days of their application being approved by Arval.

Special offer only valid in Belgium from 10/01/2025 to 31/12/2025.

The monthly Private Lease fee and the monthly discount are specified in the lease contract. The monthly discount of €15 (VAT included) applies for the duration of the lease.

5% Discount

Any individual who requests a Private Lease quote from Arval Belgium for a new or used vehicle will benefit from a 5% discount on the monthly fee (VAT included) for the entire duration of the lease.

• the individual must be a customer of BNP Paribas Fortis and/or Fintro (Fintro is a division of BNP Paribas Fortis) and reside in Belgium
• the individual must request the quote by clicking on “SIMULATION AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL” and then by submitting the application on the Arval website.
