We know your time is precious. That's why you can easily book an appointment in an expert advisor's calendar from your smartphone, whenever and wherever it suits you best.
1. Open Easy Banking App and log in.
2. Navigate to the "Communication" tab, then select "Help and contact" to get started.
3. Choose a topic that matches your request for advice, so we can direct you to the advisor with the right expertise.
4. Tap "Book an appointment" and select the option that suits you: video call, phone call or face-to-face.
5. Choose a date and time slot.
6. Confirm your appointment.
Once you've booked an appointment, you can immediately add the event to your personal calendar. That’s useful!
You'll also receive a confirmation email with the appointment details, as well as a reminder SMS the day before your appointment, so you don't forget.
