For your private insurances Online If you have taken out insurance with Touring, submit a claim online online mentioning Touring Go, Touring Move On or Touring Travel Insurance. If you have hospitalisation insurance, report your medical expenses via this online form. If you have disability or work incapacity insurance, download the corresponding claim/ medical certificate form.
