How do direct debits work?

All you need to do is give your supplier a signed mandate, and they will contact us.

As soon as we receive their payment request, we'll take care of it for you, so you don’t need to worry paying about your bills anymore.

No surprises: you're in charge

You manage each direct debit mandate yourself and you can get a clear overview of your payees, collections and payments.

Easy Banking Business gives you a quick and easy way to view:

  • your payees with direct debit mandates
  • upcoming payments (up to two weeks in advance)
  • completed payments.

You can also refuse direct debits or block payees. You also determine the authorised limit and frequency of each debit.
