With the universal banking service account, you can do your banking at a post office counter without an appointment, at a BNP Paribas Fortis branch by appointment, or by phone via the Easy Banking Centre.

Manual and digital transactions

The account allows you to carry out 60 manual transactions per year, such as euro cash withdrawals and paper-based European transfers.

Simply talk to a staff member at a post office or a BNP Paribas Fortis branch, or call the Easy Banking Centre.

What's included?

For a fixed price of five euros per month, the universal banking service account includes:

  • a euro payment account
  • management fees for this payment account
  • a debit card per account holder (max. two per account), including cash withdrawal and payment services in euros in the European Economic Area
  • management fees for debit card(s)
  • up to 60 manual transactions per year at a post office counter, a BNP Paribas Fortis branch or by phone via the Easy Banking Centre: withdraw cash in euros, carry out paper-based European transfers, make euro transfers, order cheque books, issue cheques etc. If you perform more than 60 manual transactions per year, you will be charged €1 per additional manual transaction.
  • on request, sending account statements by post at the rate indicated in the tariff list or free of charge via our digital channels, Easy Banking Web and Easy Banking App
